The purpose of this new specialist role funded by the Office of the Police Crime Commissioner is to deliver a prevention and early intervention service aimed at children and young people who are in care or leaving care within Norfolk.
To help identify issues in particular around sexual exploitation and offer on-going support through a range of services including befriending, return home interviews, creative courses and training to young people and professionals.
Salary £21, 484 plus 5% pension. Countywide post with a strong emphasis on West Norfolk.
