We offer one-to-one support to at-risk young people. This involves meeting up on a regular basis either at home or in the community and helping them to explore the issues young people are facing. Befriending not only provides the young person with someone to talk to, but also the opportunity for us to address key issues around staying safe, healthy and unhealthy relationships, and informed decision making. This approach is completely voluntary and fully led by the young person.

Therapeutic stories are used to help the young person to explore their experience. The young person then creates their own story, allowing them to understand their experience so they can start the healing process. The service is voluntary and led by the young person.
