Vacancy- Senior Young People’s Worker- Full Time

The purpose of this new specialist role funded by the Office of the Police Crime Commissioner is to deliver a prevention and early intervention service aimed at children and young people who are in care or leaving care within Norfolk.

This post holder will take on the responsibility of case management of all referrals into the organisation.  To help identify issues in particular around sexual exploitation and offer on-going support through a range of services including befriending, return home interviews, creative courses and training to young people and professionals.

Salary- £22,985-£23,485 plus 5% pension.  Office based in Norwich but with travel across the county.
