Therapeutic Practitioner (Trauma-informed approach,) Senior CSE Practitioner, CSE Practitioners (Supported accommodation.)
Therapeutic Practitioner : 22.5 hours per week (£26,538 fte.)
To embed a trauma-informed approach working across our service range. This role will see our clients receiving support to help them overcome trauma in their lives and to move on to make safe independent decisions in the future. The post-holder will be required to develop and embed this new project and be the lead within the organisation to help train staff and ensure understanding around trauma and the psychological impact of sexual exploitation.
Senior CSE Practitioner : 37.5 hours per week (£23,740 – £25,019.)
The ROSE Project offers specialist support to young people who have experienced CSE and/or go missing from home or care.
To be responsible for co-ordinating the Young People’s Team which provides missing support, return home interviews, prevention, early intervention and 1:1 befriending.
To develop and deliver accredited CSE training programme for professionals and young people.
CSE Practitioner : full time and part time posts available (£20,860 fte.)
EnRoute Supported Accommodation is an aspirational and therapeutic supported accommodation service for females, aged 16 – 18, who have been affected by child sexual exploitation.
We are seeking someone who has a thorough understanding of the needs, can manage challenging behaviour, develop independent living skills and provide the best possible outcomes for young women as they transition into adulthood.
Full time : 37.5 hours per week; part-time to suit; hours include some evening, weekend and bank holiday working. We would request a commitment to a minimum of one sleep-in per week, with further sleep-ins in response to client need.
