"This week, we were visited by Callie's co-founder Callum to discuss their free personal safety app and jewellery. Callum demonstrated the many features of the app such as location sharing, 24/7 emergency response, an innovative 'fake call' system, a 'walk home' feature which allows you to have someone to talk to as you journey home and more. As a charity who support vulnerable, exploited and coerced women and children, we are incredibly passionate about safety. Notre Dame High School sponsored walk

We were one of the lucky recipients of a generous donation from Notre Dame High School, having been chosen by the students as one of the charities to benefit following their recent sponsored walk, to Whitlingham Broad and back. Caroline Hill, our service coordinator, was invited by Headteacher Tom Pinnington to attend the school's end of year celebration & was delighted to receive this oversized cheque!
Bystander training

We are now taking bookings for our FREE sexual violence bystander training for night-time economy businesses (NTEs) in Norwich! These sessions will be delivered by Amy, our Training Coordinator, and are available online or in person. The Magdalene Group has been supporting victims of sexual violence, exploitation and coercion for the last 30 years; part of the vital work we do is in prevention, training and education via our Jigsaw Programmes, working with children and young people, professionals and our new project with NTEs. Sessions for professionals

Our popular occasional sessions for professionals continue online for the moment; hosted by members of our Rose & Doorway teams, they provide not only an opportunity for us to share the work of The Magdalene Group, but also for professionals from other agencies to talk about their roles and experiences, & between us we can share best practice. Early-autumn sessions will take place from 10 - 11 a.m. on Wednesday 18th September & Tuesday 22nd October.
