"On Wednesday 25th, Ann Sanders, who is an independent consultant came in to visit us at The Magdalene Group. Ann ran a session to get us thinking about our Theory of Change and Outcomes, two tools which are crucial to the monitoring and evaluating processes which prove all our hard work to our funders and commissioners. Great to have the whole team together thinking about all the work we do and to ruminate over how to evidence some of the softer outcomes we achieve which underpin all our work at The Magdalene Group, such as building trusted relationships with our clients.”
