Monday morning……

A fabulous spread for our occasional wellbeing breakfast this morning! Followed by a visit from Chloe Symeou, senior engagement lead for Kooth - accredited mental health support for 11 - 25 year olds, commissioned by NHS. Chloe's presentation took us round the online platform, looking at the range of support options, mental health toolkit, resources & activities. There was an opportunity for questions & chat; a very interesting & very useful session. Read more at : https://www.kooth.com/

While the impact of small actions on their own may seem little, the cumulative effects of these habits can end up being profound!" Read more at : https://www.stress.org.uk/SAM2024/
