We were delighted to welcome Heidi Wirth from Victim Support earlier in the week. Heidi, who is a local Engagement & Training Officer, gave an enlightening presentation, outlining that they are a free, confidential independent service for anyone affected by crime in Norfolk & Suffolk; providing ongoing support & reassurance, practical support, advocacy, navigating the Criminal Justice System (CJS); aiming to empower victims, to help them cope and recover from the impact of crime. A fabulous spread for our occasional wellbeing breakfast this morning! Followed by a visit from Chloe Symeou, senior engagement lead for Kooth - accredited mental health support for 11 - 25 year olds, commissioned by NHS. Chloe's presentation took us round the online platform, looking at the range of support options, mental health toolkit, resources & activities.
