Pathways Norwich

Jonna, our Women's Services Co-ordinator, is attending the Pathways Norwich launch event in the city centre today. Pathways is an innovative service to support rough sleepers and people with complex needs in Norwich, delivered from hubs around the city. This is a partnership project between St Martins, Shelter, Future Projects, YMCA Norfolk, The Salvation Army, The Feed and City Reach. These seven local organisations have joined together to form this collaborative project which uses the combined strength of its members to offer a pioneering model of specialist support. The Pathways principle is that there is ‘no wrong door’ for people to access support, meaning that the service a person receives is seamless and they can get the help they need at whatever point they make contact. Personalised support is focused around each individual, by qualified and experienced Pathways team members, to encourage a positive outcome for each person. #PathwaysNorwich
