Celebrate Norwich & Norfolk Festival

The church in action across Norwich and Norfolk was on display at the Celebrate Norwich and Norfolk festival at the Forum in Norwich on Saturday, highlighting some of the wide range of work undertaken by the city & county's Christian community. Suzi & Becky, attending this event of behalf of The Magdalene Group, were invited to hear Roy Crowe, executive director of HOPE, speak about Christian Leadership. "The one thing that I will bring from it is the importance of team; you can go far with a great team behind you. We are lucky at The Rose to have a great team; with every incredible member working together to tackle CSE and Missing in Norfolk. " Becky Bentley, Young People's Worker.

AGM

A small group of us - staff, trustees, volunteers & members - gathered at The King's Centre last Thursday evening for our AGM. A low-key event to conduct meeting business, but also an opportunity to update everyone on current & future developments. Thank you to all those who attended; thank you to Kings for hospitality!
