Lunch with the Bishop

Evolve Workplace Wellbeing

I attended this morning's Evolve Workplace Wellbeing workshop programme for voluntary & community organisations 2023 & part of Voluntary Norfolk's Empowering Communities partnership with UEA's Evolve Workplace Wellbeing team. This second session was in-person, so an opportunity to meet & chat with others face-to-face, & to take part in some useful discussions as to how to move forward our own individual organisational wellbeing strategies.

Working with Women Sex Workers : Basis training

We were almost a full team today for this Basis training, delivered by Amber Wilson, Business Development Manager, Basis Yorkshire. This course is aimed at sex work projects, & offers invaluable insight into working with women involved in sex work. The session was thought-provoking, & afforded opportunities for lively discussion & activity. We were particularly pleased to be joined by Sarah & Sarah, two of our lovely volunteers. Plus, it was a rather nice lunch, provided by The King's Centre!
